The Ultimate Algae Biodiesel Guide?
<< Neglected Oil Crop of Pakistan: Suitable For Biodiesel Production? Biodiesel Discussion >>
So discussion is still raging about the merits of making biodiesel from algae…and indeed…whether it's possible at all.
Some of you have mailed me to ask how it's done and I have to be honest…
"I don't have a clue!"
Well, until now that is…
Usually I just point folks to the earlier blog post about algae biodiesel but now…
I've stumbled across a truly authoritative algae biodiesel bible, I mean…this manual is huge and exhaustive, I've never seen anything like it.
It's a little pricey but if you want to get started making biodiesel from algae, it's really all you need.

I have 20+ years doing research testing. The first thing anyone always does is read the instructions over and over and over until you are absolutely sure you know exactly what you are supposed to do.
At my first reading of "diesel secret" instructions I was astonished to notice that the ratio of DSE chemical to WVO was different for nearly every batch size! I have never seen this in any experimental or finished product… ever. Whenever we tested mixes of chemicals the proportions were always the same no matter the batch size. I considered this my first hint that DSE are scamers. I continued with the test batch on my assumption that the apparent error might not matter.
After reading the instructions several times to be sure I understood it correctly I mixed my first batch. I saw no percieveable change in "flash point" or viscosity.
These results tell me DSE is a scam!
I did not consult DSE about my findings. It seems a lot of people have already done so with no success.
